The Nikon cameras are not the worse, but the canon rebel is way better. The canon has better focus, full HD pictures, and fine 18 megapixel images. The canon is way more flexible then the Nikon. The canon has nine focus points with one cross topic. The Nikon didn't have good focus because well it was dropped a lot of times and wasn't hold right. With the canon you could shot right at the sunlight which with the Nikon you couldn't because it would effect the lens. The color on the canon are very accurate when it comes to very close ups .
