My favorite blog post is the Masters photo because I got inspired by Imogen Cunningham a great photographer. Also because I like taking pictures of flowers and how I can make them look good in black and white which makes the pictures look better. Also it made show that i can take somewhat good pictures like a famous photographer. I liked that post because it help me looked at other photographers works and gave me good ideas on what I can do and make out of pictures. 

This photo that I took of Billie is one of my favorites because I was inspired to take only upper body pictures. Also I liked the editing I did in this picture how i changed the brightness and contrast in make it look a different color. Also because I like how the background stands out with her close and the facial expression she makes. 

The picture of Billie is my favorite because I like the texture I used on this picture. Also because I like how people look when you use black and white edits it make the picture have more emotion and the fact that we were doing facial expression made it more easy to apply black and white texture. Also because the bricks in the background make it have a different view and it makes Billie stand out more sad or not happy facial. 

Three Advantages

• Having more people to work with. 
• Having more ideas. 
• Help each other improve our pictures.

Three Disadvantages

• Not coming up with same ideas fast.
• Some people don't like taking pictures.
• Some are more outgoing then others.

The three things Henri Cartier Bresson aligned in his photos are artificial lights, dark rooms effects and even cropping.

Final Project

My group and I decided to take pictures straight  close up of the face and upper body. Here are the photos I took and edited of my group member Billie Dempsey.

Masters Photos

      Imogen Cunningham was born in Portland, Oregon in 1883. When Imogen was 8 she bought her first camera. She was inspired by Gertrude Kasebier in 1906 when she went to the University of Washington Seattle. After graduating in 1907 she went to work with Edward S.Curtis to learn about portraits business and practical photography. In 1973 her work was exhibited at Rencontres d'Arles festival in France. In June 24, 1976 at the age of 93 Imogen Cunningham passed away in.

     My group was inspired by Imogen Cunningham because we liked how she took all her pictures in black and white. Also how she made all the pictures look good in black and white no matter which kind of picture it was. How she just focued on two major objects which were portraits and of flowers.

Artistic Review 

        Mr. Farley blog is very interesting because it has many galleries that show a lot of him. It shows that he knows a lot of photography. Also it shows that he knows what his doing with his pictures. It all his pictures he has most of the elements that need to be in a picture to make it look nice. He also knows what he wants to stand out in his pictures. It shows how he likes to have a lot of memories with all the pictures he takes.

        Mr.Farley makes his portfolio interesting because he shows pictures of himself and what he likes to do. But his blog has a plan background which makes it kinda boring. Even though his background is plan his pictures are what make the portfolio great and cathy to check out. Compare to others that have a boring background and boring portfolio, Mr.Farley doesn't.
